Our name says what we do best!

We provide surf lessons and stand-up paddle lessons year-round for all ages. We are fully permitted, state and local.

Whether you are an intermediate surfer, or a beginner looking to catch your first wave, our Surf Instructors are ready to help you catch a wave. In and out of the water, we provide excellent instructions for private and group surf lessons.

My name is Conor, I am the proud owner and lead instructor at Catch'a Wave. I have over 13 years of experience teaching surf and stand-up lessons on the North Shores of O'ahu. With my passion in teaching, love for surfing and focus on safety, you can count on me!
